Welcome to Built Environment Consulting Services New Zealand (Becs-nz), founded by Jay Allison in 2016. We provide professional architectural design and building consent documentation services for residential, commercial, religious, industrial and specialist projects throughout New Zealand.
With over 250 architectural plans completed, international project experience across New Zealand, Australia and South Africa, and a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, Jay combines practical design knowledge with a focus on quality, functionality and buildability.
Jay holds an associate degree in architecture from the San Francisco Institute of Architecture, is a professional member of Architectural Designers New Zealand (ADNZ), and is a Licensed Building Practitioner with Design 2 accreditation (BP138844).
From new homes and renovations to commercial buildings, churches and specialist log homes, we provide tailored architectural solutions to suit your project requirements.
